SequanaSequana Fingerprint Guide

Guide terms of use

Effective 29 October 2026

These terms apply to Sequana Fingerprint Guide, an informational service operated by Sequana PI Agency, in ChatGPT and at fingerprint-guide.sequanapi.com.

Purpose and limits

The guide explains preparation steps for supported FBI and Canadian fingerprint-card processes from France. It is not legal or immigration advice, a government service, an eligibility assessment or a guarantee of acceptance. It provides no appointment booking, payment, document upload, government-account access or application submission. Use of the guide does not order or purchase a Sequana service.

Authority instructions control

Follow the current written instructions of your receiving authority. Sources and editorial dates are provided where available; maintained guidance is not a claim that a source was checked live. Requirements, fees and timing can change. Only your authority’s confirmed requirement establishes whether an apostille is needed. Other applicants’ experiences do not establish an exemption. Reviewing a checklist item does not complete or certify a document.

Responsible use

Use non-personal process context and topic keywords. Do not send credentials, identity documents, fingerprint cards, criminal records or payment information. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity or disruption. Sequana’s general website terms ↗ also apply where relevant; their appointment and native-app provisions do not add those capabilities to this guide.

Questions and corrections

Report a technical issue or possible guidance error through guide support. Confirm application-specific requirements with the responsible authority and seek qualified advice where needed. Read the guide privacy notice for data practices.
